“Carlos and his team made the process of adding an ADU to our home absolutely amazing. From start to finish they were so helpful and professional. They kept everything organized, answered all of our questions, and made the whole project feel easy. We’re so grateful for their work and couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you Deniz Construction!"

"Deniz Construction came highly recommended to us when we were looking to do a remodel. We couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. They are professional, knowledgeable and honest. There were no surprises as the communication lines were always open. We would 100% use Deniz Construction again.."
Lawrence Family
“Kyle and Carlos both came out quickly to help me get my Mom’s house in order and ready to put on the market. They had great ideas and were so professional and helpful. Kyle has done past work at my house replacing all my floors after a flood and was absolutely amazing to work with and did a beautiful job making my house look better than new!! I will only hire this team from now on for any repairs or construction projects.”

"I couldn’t be happier with my new granite countertops! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed great attention to detail throughout the installation process. The granite itself is absolutely stunning—flawlessly cut, perfectly polished, and a perfect match for my kitchen’s aesthetic!! It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with such great customer service. If you're considering upgrading your countertops, I highly recommend this team. They truly went above and beyond!"

"Carlos and Kyle have been exceptional professionals to work with during our recent bathroom remodel. We had spoken with 4 contractors before selecting a contractor for our project and Deniz Construction stood out as the most professional, responsive, and fair. They’ve been receptive to our needs and respectful of our home throughout the process. We were initially given a professional and detailed bid breaking-down the costs for each stage of the project, and they both sat down with us and explained the bid in detail, so we fully understood the expectations, work schedule, and allocation of costs. We made change-orders during the course of the project, and they were great working with us to achieve the desired amenities that we wanted. The crews have been very timely, friendly, and respectful, as well. Deniz Construction will soon be renovating our other bathroom, and we’ve already initiated discussions about other projects for our home. I’m truly looking forward to working with Carlos and Kyle for our next project."

"Carlos Deniz from Deniz Construction helped my family with a remodel of a house. They worked on the kitchen, master bath, flooring, and exterior roof siding. His team did an outstanding job in workmanship at a fair price. I highly recommend Deniz Construction for their craftmanship, teamwork, and good business practices to all my friends, family, and the community at large."
